MINNEAPOLIS TIME CAPSULE ESTATE SALE

 

To help keep everyone healthy, please do not attend estate or moving sales if you have cold or flu like symptoms. While waiting in line to enter a sale, please allow for six feet space between individuals. Please use caution while waiting in line at an estate sale.  
We will only be allowed to let in a certain number of customers at a given time at each sale in order to make sure the home doesn't become too crowded.  No more than ten customers will be allowed into the sale at any given time. We sincerely appreciate your patience.


 It will be mandatory that ALL customers wear a mask. If you don't have a mask you won't be allowed entrance into the sale.  

 

VINTAGE SOUTH MINNEAPOLIS TIMECAPSULE SALE

 

Possibly one of the most unique estate sales you will see all year … a collector’s dream!  The possessions of four South Minneapolis families gathered together … many items from the 1920’s, 30’s, 40’s, 50’s and 60’s, all lovingly preserved and cared for.  More than HALF the items in this sale have been in storage for over 50 years!  Many unique and collectable items, including clothing, jewelry, toys, china, silver plate and vintage Christmas decorations.  Don’t miss!

 

Schneider’s Kings’ and Queens’ Tailors

Dresden look figurines (, modeled after “Count Brühl’s Tailor on a Goat,” by Johann-Joachim Kändler, the famous eighteenth century Meissen sculptor. From the estate of Ingrid K. Rasmussen, Director of the Gray Co. (Graco).

 

Antique Doll House

Built by Anders Rasmussen, a Norwegian immigrant/bricklayer/craftsman for his 5 yr. old granddaughter, ca. 1930.  Modeled on her house in today’s Longfellow neighborhood of Minneapolis.  Includes period furnishings, all hand-made and carefully painted.

 

World War 1 Sailor’s Uniform

From the USS Lapwing.  Returned to Hampton Roads, VA on November 1, 1919, after clearing the North Sea of mines.
